Maison AML Homes Ltd 2011 (Formerly East Coast Precast Ltd.) has been in business since 1995. Over the year's we have developed subdivision and built houses, such as, Centre Ville Subdivision, Riverside Estate, Domaine à l'Orée du Bois, and Mapleton Heights in the Greater Moncton and Shediac. Those houses have ranged from $80,000 to well over $1.5 Million over a 15 year period.

During those years, East Coast Precast erected well over 600 apartments, and 350 single family dwellings. Our market goal is to build affordable housing for clients that have an average income in the Moncton and Shediac area. We will work with you to find specifically what are your personal needs.
